This Refund Policy governs the reimbursement of fees for language classes purchased through EnglishWithRandy.com, which are delivered online via platforms like Zoom. By purchasing our classes, you agree to this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds primarily under two conditions:
1. Technical or Service Failure (Full or Pro-Rated Refund)
A refund is available if a class session is canceled or rendered unusable due to a proven technical failure originating from the instructor’s side or the Zoom/platform technology side.

This specifically excludes technical issues on the student's end (e.g., poor internet connection, device malfunction, or incorrect software setup).

If a session is interrupted due to our fault, the credit for that specific session will be reapplied to your account or included in a full or pro-rated refund calculation.
2. General Dissatisfaction or Change of Plans (Pro-Rated or Full Refund)
Refunds for reasons other than technical failure are based on the amount of class credits you have used and the time elapsed since the purchase date.

Fewer than half (50%) of the purchased class credits have been used AND the refund request is made within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date.
Full Refund of the original purchase price.
More than half (50%) of the purchased class credits have been used.
No Refund will be provided.
Any usage of credits outside the 7-day window.
Pro-Rated Refund for unused credits (Original Purchase Price ÷ Total Credits Purchased) × Unused Credits.

Refund Process
Submitting a Request

Your full name and email address associated with the account.

The purchase receipt or date of purchase.

The reason for the refund request.

For technical failure requests, provide the date/time of the affected class and a brief explanation of the technical issue.
Review and Processing

All refund requests will be reviewed to verify credit usage and eligibility against the terms above.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for a refund:

Any class credits that have expired (if an expiration date is applied to your purchase).

Requests made after the 7-day window when more than 50% of the credits have been used.

Classes that have been successfully delivered or completed.

Refunds for technical issues proven to be on the student's side.
