Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule up to six hours before the reservation; if you miss your reservation, the class credit will be lost. You may cancel your plan at anytime before the half-way point of your plan for a pro-rated refund. For example: Plan Purchased: 12 Lessons, valid for 3 months You used 7 lessons, and have 2 months remaining You will receive a refund for 5 lessons. Example: Plan Purchased: 12 Lessons, valid for 3 months You used 9 lessons, and have 10 days remaining You will not receive a refund, as more than half of the time has passed.
